1. Duty Timings: Day shift duty time commences from morning 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM and Night shift duty time commences from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. (1.30 hrs difference?).

2. Our staffs are professionally Qualified, Skilled, Reliable, Dependable and Secured persons. We are recruiting them through proper interviews and personal verifications regarding their place of residence, backgrounds and personal characters especially after ascertainment of their personal physical health conditions, and we keep all of their personal records in our office safe custody, which can be accessed by our clients at our office at all times as and when required.

3. Uniform: Only at the request of the clients our staffs wear uniforms or else they wear dignified decent ordinary civilian dress code.

4. In case if the Clients have any complaints during the duty hrs, instead of dealing with staff directly feel free to inform the Service Provider or to his office immediately without any hesitation to ensure best service and thwart unnecessary problems.     

5. It is Strictly advised to the client not to reveal the details of our terms and conditions and more particularly the salary and payment details to our Staffs at any cost.

6. If any of our staffs insists and compels the clients to disclose their payment details, please, strictly do not reveal to them and immediately inform it to the Service provider regarding his demand. Revelation of such information would ruin the Trilateral relationship among the Staff, Service Provider and Client.

7. Since the staffs are under Contractual agreement with the service provider, Clients are strictly prohibited to deal with the staffs and do not appoint them directly. Despite this caution if any of our client appoints our staff Directly, Both the client as well as that staff are jointly and severally liable to reimburse the loss suffered by the Service provider.

8. Even after the termination or Expiry of the work contract period, if the client wants to extend the contract with the same staff, the client ought to pay at least 5% to 7% increment to the salary as per his/her wish and the Client ought to pay One month salary to the service provider as a service charge.

9. After completion of 30 days continuous duty, client should provide two days leave to the staff along with salary to those two days, in case if the client needs staff to those two days, then the Client should pay extra charges on shift basis to that caretaker staff as prescribed by the service provider.   

10. Bus Pass Eligibility: If the staff is working continuously for 30 days on single shift duty, the client ought to pay to and fro commutation bus fare to that staff cash in hand.

11. If a client needs a staff just for a single shift duty, then he/she ought to pay the commutation charges to the staff.

12. It is advised to the client not to entertain or allow staff’s relatives and friends at the place of duty for safety reasons and unnecessary problems.

13. If the client needs to travel to other places or needs to be hospitalised, it must be immediately informed to the service provider office without fail. if client needs the same staff, he/she will continue, otherwise new staff will be arranged. During such Travel, staying at different places or in the hospitals, the client should provide proper       N-95 Mask and other PPE kit if necessary to safeguard him/her from affecting COVID-19 virus and other communicable diseases.

14. Don’t do this: Either after termination or expiry of contractual period or after closing of the short time duty, if the same staff engaged in duty to the same client /patient either directly or through other agency, this service provider is empowered to take appropriate legal action for an offence breach of trust against both of them.

15. if client not satisfied with our staff’s service, immediately inform it to the service provider, and we will provide change of staffs for three times, even after three changes if client is not satisfied with the service, the service provider will stop his service with due information. Similarly, if our staff has any problem with the Client, the above condition is applicable vice-versa.

16. If client goes to outstation, please inform it to the service provider so as to monitor our staffs, and also, if possible, the client may also monitor them on CCTV.

17. In case if Client/Patient hospitalised and if the client is willing to have service of our staff even in the hospital, then the client ought to provide food and N-95 masks and other basic amenities and needs.

18. For the safety reasons, please kindly avoid sharing personal details of client with staffs and vice-versa. 

19. If client extend any financial assistance to the staffs on humanitarian basis, the service provider will not interfere in it. In case if any problem arises out of this help, the service provider shall not be held responsible for it.

20. Food for the Staff: for day duty staffs, the client should provide Lunch and two times tea and to the night duty staffs food not necessary but two or three times tea may be provided so as to make the staff work actively entire night.  

21. The service provider the party of the first part herein strictly advice their clients /patients to take care of their belongings and valuables of their own. In case if any loss the service provider shall not be held responsible for any loss. However, the service provider would extend their all possible helps to resolve the issue.

22. Our staff will take care of client with all due diligence, but in case any kind of misshape happened while our staff is away for short time while cleaning the bedpan, bring something for the client/patient, during lunch break and nature calls) neither the staff nor the service provider shall not be held responsible.   

23. Service charge on every proper Bill payment is appliable as per the Government norms like GST, TDS, or other Extra.

24. If occasionally our staff unable to reach the client destination in time due to Bus/Train delay, Traffic jam, strike, road closed, route diversions Etc., client should forgive staff and immediately inform it to the office.

25. If our staff falls sick occasionally, we depute some other equally qualified staff as soon as possible.

26. Clients are strictly advised not to compel our staffs to do any your personal domestic works such as maintaining the house, grocery shopping Etc., during duty hours. (Except house maid)

27. Clients/Patients should Co-operate with the staff during the working hrs to eminently carryout his duty.

28. The Client should remit 15 days salary as an advance before starting the services. Salary Payment must made on the second day of every month without fail. If you are going to stop our service, please kindly inform us 15 days before.

29. In case of any dispute arises among the parties herein, the place of Jurisdiction shall be in Chennai only.

At any moment our staff feels not safety in the working place he/she will inform our office and she will come out.

Our office staff will visit monthly once home visit if you request.

Payment should be made in personal cheque please avoid issuing company cheque.
